MASSAGE

Massage therapy has long been known to be an effective way to stimulate circulation and relax muscles. In today’s stressful world, it can play an important role in general health: regular massage can strengthen and tone the body, promote lymphatic drainage and thus flush out harmful toxins, and relieve aching joints and sports injuries. We also offer reflexology, the ancient art of applying pressure to reflex zones in the feet to promote stimulation, relief and relaxation of the whole bodily system.

We include a wonderful dry back brushing and customised aromatherapy oils with every full-body massage – it’s our signature!

FACIALS & SKIN CARE

Our facials include a thorough skin analysis and are customised to your individual skin type, using our high-frequency apparatus as required. All-natural, marine-based Phytomer and botanical BioElements products address any specific skin concerns to revitalise and nourish your skin, returning it to its natural radiance.

HAIR REMOVAL & TINTING

Solé offers a complete range of depilatory treatments for the face and body by waxing, which is a cost-effective way to remove unwanted hair from most parts of the body; it stunts re-growth and causes hair to become finer. We use top-quality warm and hard waxes, suitable for the most sensitive skin, to ensure the best results.

We also offer tinting for lashes and brows.

NATURAL NAIL CARE

Your hands and feet deserve the same care and attention as the rest of your body. Regular manicures and pedicures are key to beautiful, healthy-looking hands and feet, keeping hard skin and cuticle growth in check. Our special, extended treatments with paraffin wax give extra care to soften hard skin and sooth aches and pains.

COLOUR & STYLE ADVICE

Have you ever wondered why you look good in some colours but washed out in others? Do you have a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear? Our colour-me-beautiful consultant can advise which colours and styles will most flatter your natural colouring and body shape. She can also do a ‘virtual analysis’ for a friend from a good quality colour photograph.

COSMETICS
