To avoid disappointment, advanced booking for treatments is strongly recommended. Please understand that appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We ask that you aim to arrive a few minutes before your appointment and relax in our lounge with a magazine. We regret that if you arrive late, it may not be possible to provide the full treatment time booked where this means inconveniencing other clients or where your chosen or allocated therapist has another appointment immediately following yours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we require at least three hours’ notice for appointments on weekdays and notice before 6pm on Friday for Saturday appointments. Cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked treatment cost will be incurred in the event that we do not receive the required notice. When circumstances justify it, we will waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

CHILDREN, PETS and MOBILE PHONES

In the interests of hygiene, and ensuring the relaxation and enjoyment of all our customers, we regret that babies, young children and pets are not permitted in the spa. We also ask that mobile phones are switched off and not used at any time while you are with us.

CREDIT CARDS

Owing to high bank charges we prefer payment by cash or local cheque. We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS for treatments and products costing more than $50. However, if credit cards are used to pay for our specially-priced treatments, we regret that a 5% surcharge will be incurred.
